At one of the busiest intersections in Vancouver, The Well is our conceptual wellness studio. It's about more than pilates and fitness. It’s about connecting to ourselves and to our community.

At its heart, The Well and our team of expert guides value a well-considered and functional approach to mind-body fitness. We offer a dynamic private and semi-private class experience, retail shop, and wellness pop-ups hosted in the space seasonally.
