Shipping & Returns
Our tiny (but mighty) team packages, ships, and sends all your orders from our Vancouver studio. If you have any questions, please get in touch at studio@kunye.co.
Processing your order
We do our best to ship orders within 3-5 business days. As soon as your order ships you'll receive a notification with a tracking number. If we are experiencing any delays we will notify you ASAP.
Shipping destinations
We hope to ship internationally soon. Presently we ship across Canada and the US. Free shipping is only available within Canada.
Shipping times
Orders shipping within Canada should arrive within 5-7 business days. Orders to the USA may take up to 10 business days. If you have a preferred shipping method, please get in touch with us at studio@kunye.co before you place an order. (note: in the spirit of sustainability, we do not offer overnight or expedited shipping.)
Shipping methods
We ship with various service providers and once you receive your tracking number, you’ll see which service provider your order has shipped with. We are not accountable for any duty or customs charges or responsible for any stolen items.
Shipping rates
Orders over $150 ship for free in Canada and the US
Orders under $150 ship for $10 within British Columbia, Canada
Orders under $150 ship for $15 within the rest of Canada and the US
Returns & refunds
We are only able to return items purchased from kunye.co. Items purchased from our retail partners must be returned to the original point of purchase. We are happy to exchange items for you as long as the returned item is unopened, unused and in saleable condition.
You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges when sending us your return orders. In the unfortunate event that you react to a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it.
Should you receive an item damaged during shipment, we will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be reimbursed in the event of damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.
In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for Kunye to process any refund or exchange. Please email studio@kunye.co in advance of your intentions to return or exchange a product, so that we can assist you.
